Jennette McCurdy talks about her upcoming album

ClevverTV posted new interviews with Jennette McCurdy where she talks about the upcoming iCarly episode “iStill Psycho” and her upcoming self-titled album. The official date of her album has not been mentioned but the release is set for early 2012. Jennette mentions that there will be 10 tracks on her album including her favorite song, Heart of a Child. This is what she had to say about her favorite music track.

There’s this ballad called “Heart of a Child”, which I actually wrote with Charles and Dave from Lady Antebellum. That song really means a lot to me. It’s sort of the way I look at life and I really put myself out there and I feel that I literally opened up my diary for this song.

I REALLY hope the songs on Jennette’s album are 90% new because we’ve already heard 5 of them from her EP, then she released Generation Love, and we’ve heard the acoustic versions of Better and Never Let Me Down. That’s 8 songs right there and she said that there is only ten songs on the album. Does this worry anyone else? I just want to know if I’m the only one who’se been thinking about this.

    Most of the songs on the album have been heard already. She performed “Love is On the Way”, “Hate Those People”, “Summer Song” and I think one more…
